Open Gym is back at Henrico PAL!
Henrico Police Athletic League’s Open Gym, a weekly youth program held during the school year at the Eastern Henrico Recreation Center. The event runs Thursdays from 6–8 PM and serves two age groups: 9–12 and 13–17. All participants must sign a waiver before joining.
Open Gym provides supervised, structured gym access for youth. It offers a safe environment for physical activity, social interaction, and positive engagement with PAL staff.
