Do you have a small business, handmade creations, baked goods, crafts, or a unique talent you’d love to showcase? This is your chance!
Macaroni KID Richmond, Youth Business Exchange and more are teaming up with Tree of Life Stories in hosting to invite young entrepreneurs to participate in their Youth Business Fair on Wednesday, October 28th at Urban Air of Glen Allen.
Tree of Life Stories caters to young authors and provides everyone with a chance to publish their own stories. This effort was started by youth author, Ira Thackeray. She and a team of friends created and published Soul Stir, the first magazine for middle school students. Soul Stir Magazine is printed annually and is currently distributed at Henrico County Public Libraries.
This fundraiser fair has been set up to raise funds for:
- Writing workshops
- Creating foster care packages
- Empower kid entrepreneurs
- Raise funds for the next issue of Soul Stir magazine
